アーティスト名と同名のレーベルも主宰するDeepChordことRod Modellと、Souldubsoundsを主宰するSoultekことSteven HitchellのプロジェクトEchospaceが2007年にリリースしていたフルアルバム。
同年の2007年に12インチEPで計4枚でリリースされた『The Coldest Season - Part 1』〜『Part 4』に収録されていた各全2曲 x 4枚の8曲に、CDには1曲ボーナストラックを追加した全9曲79分収録。チリヂリとした細かいハーシュノイズと霧がかったシンセが全面に配された霞んだ空間の中で、こもった質感の4/4キック〜ダビーなビートや、クランチビート〜エコーのかかったシンセのメロディ〜信号音のようなエレクトロニクスの破片等が浮遊するダブ・アンビエント〜アンビエント・テクノ〜ダブ・テクノ。まさにタイトル通りの寒々しい荒涼とした光景が浮かび上がって来るような、ディープな深みのある瞑想的なアンビエント・テクノトラックを作り上げています。Basic Channel、Gas、Yagya、Bvdub、Vladislav Delay、Ontaysoなどのファンのかたにオススメなアルバムです。
